EU Global Professional Registry (EUGPR)
The EU Global Professional Registry (EUGPR) is an independent credential registry platform that records, verifies, and documents academic and professional qualifications issued by recognized institutions. The Registry was developed in alignment with the principles of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and aims to enhance global transparency in academic mobility, credential legitimacy, and transnational employability.
Governance Structure
EUGPR operates under the supervision of an internal Registry Oversight Committee composed of credential evaluators, education policy consultants, academic assessors, and compliance officers. All decisions related to registration, license issuance, and institutional recognition are reviewed by this committee in accordance with formal documentation and eligibility policies.
The EU Global Professional Registry (EUGPR.org) provides an independent verification interface for individuals seeking to confirm the authenticity of their academic or professional credentials issued by participating institutions. This service supports the Registry’s mission of promoting transparency, integrity, and mobility in global qualification recognition, in accordance with the principles of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF).
Quality Assurance Alignment
EUGPR does not accredit institutions but maintains an internal quality mapping process to ensure that programs align with the expected learning outcomes and documentation standards set forth by European transparency tools (e.g., EQF, ECTS, Europass).
Auditing Process
Upon request or for internal quality control, EUGPR may conduct random or periodic audits of affiliated institutions. This process may include curriculum review, sample transcript validation, graduate feedback, and alignment confirmation.
Credential Verification
Search Portal: The EUGPR verification tool allows third parties (employers, agencies, educational institutions) to search the Registry for license holders using a name, registry number, or credential code.
